COMMISSION TOS
By commissioning me, you are abiding by my terms of service.All monetary transactions must be sent within 48 hours of me accepting the offer. This could be real currency or virtual currency. If you need more time, ask and I'll be more than happy to wait (as long as it isn't an absurd amount of time)!I take payment through:
Paypal, DeviantArt points ($1=100 points), Giftcards (Amazon, ITunes, Nintendo EShop, Spotify, Robux), and Discord Nitro.
I prefer giftcards over the other methods, but any mentioned method works.
If I am taking other methods for commissions, I will explicitly state so in the advertisement.Refunds are not given. I won't accept a commission if I don't believe I can complete it to a satisfactory level or if I won't enjoy doing it.Please note I am allowed to say no, and will do so if I believe I won't be able to complete the commission in a timely and satisfactory manner.Please allow for 3 months for me to complete your commission; depending on what you get, it could take a week or the full 3 months.
I will send WIPs and updates throughout the entire process as frequently as requested.Link art credits to my Instagram, cozyeen, or Toyhouse, cozyeen. Do not claim my art as your own. Do not trace, edit, and/or modify the art aswell.

If you still don't send the money, you'll be banned from money offers in the future!Any character trades must be through Toyhouse . You will be required to send over any characters first; one I receive the character(s), I will transfer your character to you.Any and all art offers must be specified to be done in a timely manner. Communicate throughout the process if anything comes up! Updates are all I ask.Refunds are not given after the transaction is complete. If you decide to backout of an offer, do it before sending whatever you're offering.Please know I am able to say no to your offer and take somebody elses offer.Link credit of designs when necessary to my Instagram, cozyeen, or Toyhouse, cozyeen.
Do not claim my own designs as your own. Feel free to edit and redesign your characters as much as you'd like/

Additional characters and/or large accessories (large bags, weapons, etc.) will be an additional $3 to whatever you commission!
